MATTE Forever 21 Olive Juice Nail Polish with Konad

So I decided I want to change my nails again.  But before I do, I was just curious my current color would look like matte:



Ring Finger: No top coat
Middle Finger and Pointer Finger: ELF Matte


Ring Finger: Essie Matte about You
Middle Finger and Pointer Finger: ELF Matte

I honestly can't tell the difference  between Essie and ELF when it comes to matte.  But ELF is just $1!  I'll continue to compare them with different colors to see, but for now they are about the same even though the price is a big difference!
